The Shed Market was an addition to the original restaurant that Byron and Stacie felt their customers would enjoy. The Meat Market is a place where customers can order high-quality custom cuts of meat to take home and cook. These cuts can be pre-seasoned upon request. All of our meat is USDA Graded and Inspected as Prime or Choice cuts, ensuring that you get the highest quality meat.
Ribeye
Our Ribeyes are available in 3 grades ranging from Choice, Prime, and Akaushi. Each cut features high amounts of marbling and is sourced from Texas Ranchers.
NY Strip
This cut is from the short loin of the cow, making it a tender cut. We offer both Prime Strips and Akaushi Strips.
Filet
This melt-in-your-mouth cut of meat is available in both Prime and Akaushi. It has a high content of marbling and is one of the highest quality cuts of meat available.
Prime Sirloin
Our prime sirloin is available in two unique cuts from Akaushi beef, as well as in a Tri Tip cut. Creekstone Farms Angus Prime Sirloin is a great steak for feeding large families and is known for being a leaner cut.
Tri Tip
Tri Tip is a cut of meat in a triangular shape cut from the bottom of the sirloin. We recommend that these cuts of meat be cooked at a low temperature and slowly to preserve the moisture in the steak. Some prefer the reverse sear process; a steak is cooked in the oven on very low heat and then brought to the grill to sear the outside.
Prime Raw Brisket
The brisket we sell in the meat market is the same brisket we cook daily for you! Our brisket is high quality and creates a mixture of dry and wet brisket for all taste preferences.
St. Louis Style Ribs
St. Louis style ribs are not referring to a sauce or rub, but rather the cut of rib. These spareribs are cut from the belly area and have more fat on them. They are then trimmed of the cartilage and breastbone, making them rectangular in shape.
Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage
Our sausage is the perfect amount of spice with a rich cheddar taste. Can be served on its own or paired with another one of our delicious meats
Regular All Beef Sausage
Seasoned to perfection, this sausage is versatile. It can be grilled to enjoy on its own or added to a number of dishes.
Pork Loin Chops
We are more than just beef! These high quality pork loin chops are tender and juicy, making them a perfect dinnertime meal.
Grass Fed Ground Beef
This meat is close to home for us- it comes straight from Byron and Stacie’s farm in Wingate! Cook healthier meals using our 95% lean beef from our all grass fed Hereford Beef, free of any hormones or antibiotics!
House Ground Beef
We make this ground beef in house using Prime Brisket, Chuck, and Steak trimmings. It is fresh ground daily.
Cheese
We offer a number of cheeses freshly sliced from our meat market. Sharp Cheddar, Regular Cheddar, and Pepper Colby Jack Cheese are available for purchase.
